The PowerStep Dorsal Night Splint combines an ultra-soft material, low-profile, and lightweight design that is built to prevent contracture of the Plantar Fascia for night time use. The Dorsal Night Splint provides a gentle and effective stretch, keeping the foot in a neutral position. The Dorsal Night Splint helps alleviate heel pains associated with common overuse injuries such as Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis, when taking those first morning steps. Ideal for mild to severe or chronic cases of Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis.
