At The Insole Store, we want you to walk in total comfort. If your orthotic insoles or footwear are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included, and securely seal the shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
