Love your insoles but wish they provided just a little more metatarsal and forefoot support? That's where the PowerStep Metatarsal Cushion Pads come in! These low-profile metatarsal insert pieces are designed to be worn alongside your existing shoe insoles in order to provide you with additional metatarsal and/or forefoot cushioning where you want it. Featuring a dense foam construction, you'll have firm support and a little added cushioning.
Description
Each pack contains a set of two separate metatarsal pad pieces. The inserts are made from dense PORON foam, which will provide firm support for the foot while also providing slight cushioning and shock absorption. The shaped pieces ā which are left/right-foot specific ā distribute and dissipate pressure on the metatarsal bones of the foot. The "back" edge of the inserts (facing the heel) are tapered so that you won't notice them during wear, while the "front" edge (facing the toes) is raised to provide proper metatarsal & forefoot support. The backs of each piece are lined with an adhesive to prevent the inserts from sliding or moving during wear & use.
