Spenco RX Plantar Fascia Insoles
Overview
The Spenco RX Plantar Fascia Insoles were designed specifically for the purpose of preventing and alleviating plantar fasciitis pain & discomfort. With a semi-rigid engineered plantar fascia bridge, these insoles keep the plantar fascia tendon supported and stretched throughout your day-to-day routine in order to alleviate strain on the tendon that leads to plantar fasciitis. Those experiencing plantar fasciitis will find relief through the support the arch bridge provides to the foot and arch during day-to-day activities, too.
Description
The top of the insoles are covered in a thin fabric layer that helps reduce friction against the bottom of the foot, control odors, and wick away moisture to keep your feet cool and dry. The foam body of the insole provides moderate cushioning throughout, in addition to creating a contoured heel cup that helps reduce pressure on the plantar fascia tendon and stabilize the ankle. Gel cushioned pads under the heel and ball-of-foot absorb impact shock where your feet need it most, while the arch bridge ensures that the arch of the foot is properly supported and keeps the plantar fascia tendon stretched while still allowing your foot to flex normally.
Notes
- Trim indicator lines on the bottom of the forefoot show estimates on where to trim the insoles for your shoe size. However, we always recommend following our Trim to Fit Instructions and measuring your new insoles for the best fit before cutting.
